How It Works

Maya Angelou

During the 60-minute initial session, we will create an eating plan, develop short and long-term goals, and discuss accountability needs.  Follow-up sessions may be scheduled, weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and are usually 30-minutes in length.  A follow-up session will involve our reviewing food records, if completed, discussing and updating goals, and problem solving difficulties and road blocks.
